- Injuries in Wildlife : treatments, care, causes – always seek advice, or take the injured/sick animal to a vet or qualified carer. Keep injured and sick animals away from people, other animals, and in the quietest area you can. Stress can be a big factor in survival rate for a sick animal, so stay calm, and try not to bother the animal while you wait to take it to the vet or carer, unless there is some urgent treatment that needs to be done.
