The Property Investment Market and Residential Development Opportunities, on the Tweed Coast of NE NSW,  rely largely on the following 3 things:- 1) destruction of Threatened Native Wildlife Habitat, 2) Wetland Destruction and 3) increased lack of safeguarding for  Sustainable Social Wellbeing within the Tweed Shire Council area. Endangered ECOLOGICAL COMMUNITY : Coastal Cypress Pine Forest (Callitris columellaris Forest). This ecological community was once widespread along the coast of Australia in various forms.
